They’re a great fit for grad parties, birthdays, showers, family reunions, and backyard celebrations. They’ll keep everyone out of the sun and the rain, and they look great in photos.
Choose your setup:
⛺ One Tent (10' x 20') – $150
Comfortably seats about 20 to 24 guests at tables. Works well as a dining area, dessert station, or shaded lounge.
⛺⛺ Two Tents – $275
Set them side by side for one large covered space that seats about 40 to 48 guests, or put them in different spots, like one for dining and one for gifts and desserts.
✨ The Bistro Courtyard – $350
This is our favorite. We set two tents side by side with an open-air walkway between them and string warm bistro lights overhead. It looks like a backyard café, and it really comes alive after sunset. Need room for more guests? We can add extra tables and chairs in the space under the lights, so everyone sits together and the setup still looks like one design. It’s perfect for grad parties, milestone birthdays, and any evening event. Seats 40 to 48 under the tents, with room for more under the lights.
Complete the look:
Add our white folding chairs, 6' tables, and fitted black table toppers for a coordinated, ready-to-go setup. Bundle them with a bounce house, yard games, or soft play and the whole party is taken care of.
🪟 Window Walls – $40 per tent
Elegant white sidewalls with arched windows, ready for whatever the Michigan weather brings. They keep out wind, drizzle, and chilly evenings while still letting in plenty of light. We can enclose the whole tent or just one or two sides, like the side facing the wind or the neighbor’s yard.
Good to know:
Each tent needs about 15' x 25' of flat space. The Bistro Courtyard needs about 35' x 25'.
We set up on grass or hard surfaces using stakes or weights, depending on your site.
The bistro lights need an outdoor outlet within reach, or you can tell us and we’ll plan around it.
Window Walls can be added to any tent; just let us know which sides you’d like covered.
Delivery, setup, and pickup are included, so you don’t have to touch a single pole.
Every tent is cleaned and inspected before each rental.
Delivery fees may apply outside our standard service area.
